 Terms, Conditions & Grooming Agreement Appointments & Deposits A $30 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is applied toward the total service cost. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Payment, Refund & Haircut Adjustment Policy All grooming services must be paid in full prior to pet release. No refunds will be issued for any reason. If a haircut or grooming service is a concern, it must be addressed at the time of pickup. Reasonable corrections will be made before the pet leaves the facility. After leaving the premises, no refunds, corrections, or adjustments will be made. Late Pick-Up Policy Pets must be picked up promptly once grooming is completed. A late pickup fee of $10 will be applied for every 15 minutes past notification of completion. Repeated late pickups may result in refusal of future services. Vaccination Requirements In accordance with Florida law, all pets must have a current rabies vaccination. Proof of vaccination is required prior to or at the time of service. Services will be refused if vaccination records are not current. Health, Safety & Grooming Risks Grooming involves inherent risks, particularly for senior pets, anxious pets, or pets with medical or behavioral conditions. By booking services, you confirm your pet is healthy enough for grooming and free from contagious conditions. Aggressive or unsafe behavior may result in services being stopped at the groomer’s discretion. Injury or Medical Emergency Authorization While every precaution is taken, injuries or medical emergencies may occur due to matting, pet movement, behavior, or underlying conditions. Doggie Dazzle Pet Spa LLC is authorized to seek veterinary care if deemed necessary. All veterinary expenses are the sole responsibility of the pet parent. We are not responsible for pre-existing or stress-related conditions. Liability Release & Grooming Waiver By signing or booking services, you release Doggie Dazzle Pet Spa LLC, its owner, and staff from liability for injury, illness, or death resulting from grooming services, except in cases of proven negligence under Florida law. Online Booking Acknowledgment By checking the acceptance box during online booking, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies listed herein.
